| Productive Environment Audit™ - The Productive Environment Audit™ is a needs assessment to identify areas where a client needs assistance.
- Each employee can complete an individual Scorecard, or an executive or manager can fill out a Scorecard for the organization. The time required to complete an assessment varies, depending on the number of people, the space involved, and the complexity of the business.
- The outcome is a Productive Environment Gameplan™. The Gameplan is a written report that can be implemented by an organizing consultant or by company employee(s).
- Simply stated, “We tell you what you need to do, and you do it on your own or hire us to do it.”
Workspace Declutter and Organization Paper and electronic files are not the only items that can clutter an office and hinder performance. The 8-Hour Miracle™ - Proven process for managing time, space and information. The service is designed to physically organize one individual in one office, with the option of utilizing the Swiftfile and iPEP (iProductive Environment Platform). During our time together, you will learn the power of the File, Act, Toss system for handling each piece of information that comes into your office. We will teach you the Magic 6™ to ensure you are working in your optimal productive environment.
- Often when people are overwhelmed with clutter and disorganization, they try to solve the problem by starting with the old piles. But while they are tossing out the old stuff, new stuff – often more interesting or time-sensitive continues to come in. Research shows that 80% of what we keep we never use, so in reality, spending time organizing the old stuff can be a complete waste of time. Therefore, we will first focus on your current information and build systems to handle everything coming in from that day forward. We then tackle the "old stuff" by determining which information belongs in the new system and which could be thrown away or recycled.
At the end of 8 hours, we guarantee: 1. You will know what to do with every new piece of information coming into your office. 2. You will have a gameplan for the information we did not convert on that first day.
Productivity Quickstart™ - Two to four hours of hands-on, personal organizing service with one individual in one office.
- This includes the same processes and tools used in The 8-Hour Miracle™ but it gives two to four hours of one-on-one time with an individual.
Paper Productivity System™ - Method for organizing paper files in three locations: individual offices, central files, and archives.
- This service is designed to provide the client a Centrally-Understood Filing System™ for paper and other physical resources, using iPEP, (iProductive Environment Platform™), so that anyone in the company can find anything they need in 5 seconds.
- This outcome can be reached in a variety of ways based on the client’s needs, including a “turnkey design and implementation” by the consultant or a train the trainer program where the consultant administers the project but the company employees do the actual implementation.
Digital Productivity System™
- This service is designed to provide the client a Centrally-Understood Filing System™ for electronic information using the iProductive Environment Platform™.
- This system can be used to find physical files as well as digital files.
