About Us

Jill Ferguson is the owner and principal productivity consultant for Living Orderly, LLC. In 2007, she started Living Orderly as a Professional Organizing company specializing in residential organizing. After working the residential business for a year, she realized that her real passion was working with people in their home office. Jill knew from experience what an impact being organized could have on your life, and knew she wanted to share this with others. She pursued training in creating productive environments, so that she could effectively help others become more focused, organized and productive whether their work was outside the home or in the home. Jill was trained at the Productive Environment Institute by Barbara Hemphill, a thirty year veteran in the business and author of “Taming The Paper Tiger” books. She earned her Certification as a Productive Environment Specialist and an iPEP(Interactive Productive Environment Platform) Specialist in the spring of 2009. Jill became certified as a GO (Get Organized) System Trainer in the fall of 2009 after completing training with Chris Crouch of DME Training and Consulting.

Prior to starting Living Orderly, Jill owned and operated Video News Clip (VNC), Inc from 1985-2005. In 2005, she sold VNC to a national company and worked with them for two years through the transition.

Jill graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education. She taught school in Hillsborough County prior to starting the company, VNC.

Jill brings her experience of operating a small business, as well as her experience teaching school to the organizing business. She has really been an organizer most of her life, organizing for herself, her family, and her friends. Jill knows first hand how working in an organized environment can increase focus and productivity, so that you can get your work done and have time to enjoy the things and the people you love all with peace of mind.
